We came with a big 13 person group from Canada and were pleased with the beautiful and clean home! It is larger than it appears in pictures. We had to message the host to bring us an extra duvet and he was very responsive and resolved it for us quickly. The home is located in a very quiet and upscale neighborhood with beautiful views. Overall a great place for a big group, good value and would stay again.

First trip to Gatlinburg and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We did a lot of research before booking, and Jeff’s cabin delivered on every front - the pictures were 100% accurate to what we found walking in. Gorgeous, well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and we wanted for nothing. The kitchen, coffee maker, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and shower all worked flawlessly. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and the loft beds? They asked us to build them one at home. We even spotted a couple bears out back! The views were exactly as advertised. Getting to town was easy.. yes, the roads are windy, but totally manageable and well-paved. Three nights felt like the perfect reset. No complaints whatsoever. We will absolutely be back, and Jeff’s place will be our first call when we do.

What a great house and terrific host! We stayed at Jeff’s place for a family reunion and it turned out to be the perfect spot. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our multi-generational family and lots of space to spread out. Between the theater room downstairs, the pool and game rooms on the main level and the spacious outdoor deck everyone had their choice of where to hang out. The house was very clean with comfortable linens and plenty of towels. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed for prepping and cooking for a large group. We loved the choices we had for our morning coffee as well! We’ve never had an AirBnB that offered a pour over, a Keurig AND a Nespresso machine! We were also impressed with the availability of a stroller which worked out great for family walks in the easily walkable neighborhood. Last but not least, our host, Jeff. Jeff’s communication before and during our stay were both clear and timely. His follow up? Fast! Great house! Terrific host!

Jeff’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space & beds with ample kitchen space & necessities. The kids had a blast with the game room. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunrises on the back deck in the mornings.

This property was a dream to live in for the few, short days that my wife and I got to visit. And Jeff was fantastic to work with on getting there and throughout the stay. Jeff was kind and generous, and never failed to be as helpful as possible.
All I can say about the experience is: That View!!! Oh my gosh!! What an amazing atmosphere up on top of the mountain, and looking at the whole Gatlinburg valley. I was gobsmacked from the first moment we arrived, and my wife was brought to tears momentarily as we entered the gorgeous cabin’s front living area. The decoration, and the furniture was perfectly chosen for the setting.
Our stay could not have gone any better.

Jeff was always responsive and answered every question within a timely manner. The cabin had absolute stunning views and a day didn't go by that we didn't see a bear! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!!

Our family had a great time at the 'Chalet in the Sky' and Jeff was an extremely friendly, and available, host! I already miss our quiet mornings on the deck, the spectacular views, and relaxing hot tub time. This rental was very clean and had everything we possibly needed for our comfort and pleasure. I appreciated the extra touches, like the family board games and pool table. All in all, a great experience!

Our recent stay here felt like a perfect little escape—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. The cabin was tucked up in the mountains with amazing views, especially early in the morning and at sunset. We can see the city of Gatlinburg in the night.
Cabin itself was super cozy and clean. The hot tub on the deck was probably the best part—just sitting out there and taking in the view was so relaxing. It also felt private, but not too far from everything. We could get into town pretty easily.
One of the coolest moment was spotting a bear family right next to the cabin.
Overall, we had a really great time and would definitely come back.

View of the Gatlinburg city lights at night was fabulous as well as the view of Mt. Leconte...And the Tram was directly over the Chalet...Fsbuolous gas fireplace...But it should have been named "BEAR HAVEN" as we saw 5 bears in front of our chalet over 2 days!!!...If you want to see bears, then stay here!!!

We had a great stay! The location was excellent with beautiful mountain views, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—would definitely recommend!
